His teacher witnessed the collapse and immediately performed by-stander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) . The initial rhythm at the scene was ventricular fibrillation (VF) and the emergency medical staffs performed basic life support including external cardiac massage and mask-bag ventilation (BLS) . After arriving our medical center, he received advanced life support (ALS) and restarted sinus rhythm. His CPR interval was about 45 mins.Another 52 yrs-old man had cardiac arrest at his house. His guest immediately performed CPR. The initial rhythm was VF. Physician-led mobile team (Doctor's Car) performed ALS. The patient restarted sinus rhythm at the scene. His CPR interval was about 54 mins.These two patients were witnessed by-stander who performed BLS immediately.
