リバーロキサバン内服中に発症した脳内出血の3例
要旨：症例1 は71 歳男性．慢性心房細動に対しリバーロキサバン15 mg を内服中に左視床出血を発症した．降圧療法を行い，出血の増加はみられなかった．症例2 は76 歳男性．慢性心房細動に対しリバーロキサバン15 mg を内服中に，脳室穿破を伴う右尾状核出血を発症した．脳室ドレナージ術，内視鏡による血腫除去術を行ったが，血腫の増大があり第3 病日に死亡した．症例3 は80 歳男性．深部静脈血栓症に対しリバーロキサバン10 mg を内服中に，脳室穿破を伴う右視床出血を発症した．脳室ドレナージ術を施行したが，血腫の増大があり，第2 病日に死亡した．リバーロキサバンは第Xa 因子阻害薬であり，非弁...
