Abstract | 子宮癌は本邦における女性の全癌死亡数の47%を占め, その内, 子宮頸癌は70%以上であることが知られている. さらに子宮頸癌の90%は扁平上皮癌であり, これらが産生する塩基性線維芽細胞増殖因子(basic fibroblast growth factor(basic FGF)やplatelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)などの細胞増殖因子が, 癌細胞の増殖, 進展に関与していることが現在までに報告されている. ヘパリン結合型の細胞増殖因子である線維芽細胞増殖因子グループは塩基配列の相同性から, 酸性線維芽細胞増殖因子(acidic FGF, FGF-1), basic FGF(FGF-2), int-2(FGF-3), hst/K-FGF(FGF-4), FGF-5, FGF-6, FGF-7, androgen-induced growth factor(AIGF, FGF-8), glia-activating factor(GAF, FGF-9), FGF-10, FGF-11(FGF homologous factor-3, FHF-3), FGF-12(FHF-1), FGF-13(FHF-2), FGF-14(FHF-4), FGF-15, 16, 17, 18, 19が報告されている. |
