統合失調症患者にみられた歯肉の自傷行為

本報告では, 自傷行為によって生じた歯肉外傷の1例を示す。症例は54歳女性であり, 統合失調症と診断されている。唇側付着歯肉に限局した複数の潰瘍形成が認められた。他の口腔粘膜に病変は認めなかった。問診により過度なブラッシングが確認されたことから, 本症例は歯ブラシの誤用が原因で生じた歯肉外傷と診断された。患者には適切な口腔衛生指導を行い, 1週間後には歯肉症状の寛解が認められた。...
