喉頭全摘出後のボイスプロステーシスによる音声獲得と経過観察
1983年から1995年に男性69例と女性14例の計83例に対して喉頭全摘出術後一次的にBlomとSingerのボイスプロステーシスを用いた気管食道瘻孔(Tra-cheoesophageal fistula; TEF)を形成した.ボイスプロステーシスを用いた気管食道瘻孔による発声の成績は,発声良好群58例(69.8%),発声可能群9例(10.8%),発声不良群9例(10.8%),装着不能群7例(6.43%)であった.また,3年以上のシヤント発声を継続した51例における合併症について検討すると,TEF周囲の肉芽を認めたものが15件(プロステーシス抜去0件),ボイスプロステーシスの挿入困難が7件(...
