肺扁平上皮癌術後経過中に皮脂欠乏性湿疹によるSCC上昇を認めた1例
症例は63歳男性.肺扁平上皮癌根治術後で経過観察中であった.術後14ヵ月目, 腫瘍マーカーSCCが16.0ng/mι(cut off 1.5ng/ml以下)の異常高値を示した.肺癌の再発を疑い全身精査を施行したが異常所見は認めなかった.同時期に体幹及び前頭部を中心に皮脂欠乏性湿疹を発症していた.治療による皮膚症状改善後の血中SCCレベルは正常化していた.SCC上昇は皮膚病変に伴う偽陽性反応であったと考えられた.SCCは肺扁平上皮癌において臨床上有用な腫瘍マーカーであるが, 皮膚炎症性疾患に伴い偽陽性を示すことがあり, 慎重に診断を行う必要があると考えられた....
