根治的恥骨後前立腺摘除術後に発症した鼠径ヘルニアの検討
根治的恥骨後前立腺摘除術(以下RRP)は鼠径ヘルニア(以下ヘルニア)の一因と考えられている.今回,当院におけるRRP後のヘルニアの特徴についてretrospectiveに検討した.成人男性初回ヘルニア手術症例314例(357鼠径)についてRRP既往の有無により,既往群24例(33鼠径),対照群290例(324鼠径)に分け比較解析したところ,既往群では両側発症が有意に多く(既往群37.5%,対照群11.7%),全例が外鼠径ヘルニアであった.それらに対する根治術式としてmesh-plug法が大部分を占めていた.RRP施行後からヘルニア発症までの月数中央値は11カ月であった.当院におけるRRP後ヘル...
