We report a case of cystadenoma arising in the hard palate of a 40-year-old woman who presented with a swelling in the left side of the palate. The lesion was an elastic soft tumor measuring 20 × 20 mm with a clear border. The clinical diagnosis was a benign salivary gland tumor, and the tumor was resected under general anesthesia. The histopathological diagnosis was cystadenoma. There was no recurrence 1 year after the operation. |
