ラット唾液腺のケラチンフィラメント
ラット唾液腺 (耳下腺, 顎下腺, 舌下腺および舌エブネル腺) の中間径フィラメントについて, 抗ケラチン抗体を用いた免疫組織化学反応と, 透過電子顕微鏡観察を行い, ケラチン蛋白のサブタイプと中間径フィラメントの分布状態を比較, 検討した。各唾液腺とも, 終末部分泌細胞介在部, 線条部および導管管腔側細胞は, PKK1抗体 (40, 45, 52, 5KDのケラチンサブタイプに反応) に陽性を示し, PKK2抗体 (40, 46, 48, 54KDに反応) に陰性を示した。電顕像では, これらの部位のケラチン (中間径) フィラメントは, 網状, あるいはまばらな細い束を作って分布していた。...
