Summary:BRL25000 (1, 125 or 1, 500 mg/day) was administered to 12 patients with chronic complicated urinary tract infections. In 10 cases, excellent results were observed in 3 cases, good in 4 and poor in 3. The overall effectiveness rate was 70%(7/10). Concerning side effects, no abnormal change dueto the drug was observed however, but s-GOT and s-GPT were abnormally changed after administration of this drug in one case.
