The checkup of life-custom disease is generally carried out in the community. Also, the items for the inspection are almost established everywhere. The purpose of the checkup is in the foresight at the early stage of the life custom and the its improvement. In the established checkup system, it is inspected that the values of the inspection items were normal or riot, and if they are not, how they are abnormal, etc. were only reported. From the reported personal result, it was almost uncertain what life custom he has, in what condition he was and what he had to improve. Then, the checkup system which easily understands a healthy state is attempted from each person's checkup book by using SOM and its construction is carried out.
