Summary:This chapter focuses on the vulnerability of an agricultural system in Chile and offers potential lessons learned that could apply to Canadian agriculture. Although many differences exist between Canada and Chile, there are similarities at a regional scale between the Canadian Prairies and the Maule region in Chile.
