二種類の頻拍回路を認めたatrioventricular reciprocating tachycardiaの1例

動悸を主訴に来院し, wide QRS tachycardiaとnarrow QRS tachycardiaを認めた.電気生理学検査の結果,潜在性WPW症候群であり,一拍のみCoumel現象を認め, wide QRSはfast-Kentで心室内変行伝導を伴い, narrow QRSはslow-Kentであり,何れもatrioventricular reciprocating tachycardia (AVRT)であった....
