All-trans retinoic acidにより寛解導入に成功した急性前骨髄性白血病小児再発例
All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) により寛解導入に成功した5歳男児急性前骨髄性白血病再発例を報告した・再発後, 化学療法に抵抗性のため両親の承諾を得たうえでAra-C大量療法後ATRA60mg/m2/dayの経口投与を開始した.投与64日で完全寛解を得た.末梢血像, 骨髄像, および末梢血フローサイトメトリーにてATRAによる白血病細胞の分化過程が観察できた.本症例は染色体分析にてt (15;17) が認められた.またDNA分析ではRAレセプターα (RARα) の再構成が認められた.ATRAは副作用も少なく, 小児の急性前骨髄性白血病には非常に有効と考えた....
