狭窄性裂肛に対する皮膚弁移動術(SSG）の有効性
2003年2月から2005年3月の期間に，当院の特定の医師により狭窄性裂肛に対して行われたSSGの75例を対象として以下の結果を得た． 1．術後の結果は，治癒が65例(86.7%），非治癒症例が5例(6.7%），ガス漏れなどの括約不全が4例(5.3%），不明症例が1例(1.3%）であった．術後に括約不全を来した4例は，括約筋機能回復訓練を行い，3∼6カ月の間に全例で症状は消失した． 2．術前の肛門内圧におけるMRPは105.5±30.7cmH2O, MSPは297.5±98.6cmH2O, HPZは3.77±0.42cmであった．術後1カ月ではそれぞれ91.3±30.7cmH2O, 284.5...
