Summary: | A 68-years-old Japanese male first complained of epigastralgia. He was diagnosed as gastric cancer by roentgenological and gastro-camera examination. Partial gastrectomy was performed. Two large ulcerative tumors and macro-rugae were noted by gross examination. By histological examination the gastric lesion was diagnosed as reticulum cell sarcoma. In spite of energic lineac irradiation and anticancerous drug administration the lesion relapsed. The patient died after 6 months from the first episode. The authors reported the case with comments of correlating observation between roentgenological, gastrocamera and macroscopic findings. |
