Bad Tidings

In the post-Cold War age of insecurity, we should act now to reduce the risks of climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, developing clean energy futures, and helping vulnerable nations develop capacity and resiliency to cope with the inevitable effects of our changing climate.
