Skin-Safety Evaluation of ER-01

In order to evaluate a skin safety of ER-01 which is a steroidal anti-inflammatory OTC drug, prophetic patch and photopatch tests were performed in 25 healthy adult volunteers. From the result obtained, ER-01 was judged as a safe drug and showed no toxicity related to UVA-irradiation.
