Summary:Fluosol-DA cardioplegia was compared with crystalloid cardioplegia as a method of myocardial preservation during ischemic arrest.Experimental dogs were divided into two groups according to perfusates. One group received the standard crystalloid cardioplegic solution [K+20mEq/L, 4°C] and the other received an oxygenated Fluosol cardioplegic solution [K+20mEq/L, 4°C]. CI, SVI, LVSWI, LVmaxdp/dt were measured before and after cardioplegic arrest. The results documented significantly better CI, SVI, LVSWI in the Fluosol than the crystalloid group. But LVmax dp/dt was depressed equally and showed no significant difference in both group. We conclude that the Fluosol was better protective effect than the crystalloid group. 酸素運搬能を有するFluosol-DAの心筋保護液としての効果をみる為, 動物実験にて心機能の面から, 電解質液との比較検討を行った. 心筋保護液として, 冷却電解質液(C群)7頭と冷却Fluosol-DA液(F群)7頭で, 完全体外循環下(以下ECC)に60分間の大動脈遮断を行った. この間, 各群の心筋保護液50mlを20分間隔で計4回大動脈基部より注入し, 局所冷却を併用した. ECC直前と離脱直後に大動脈平均圧(MS AP), LV max dp/at, 心係数(C. I.), 拍出係数(SVI), 左室仕事係数(LVSWI)及び送血回路からの容量負荷による左室機能曲線を求めた. ECC直後MSAP, CI, SVI, LVSWIは両群共低下傾向を認めたが, 回復率ではF群がC群に比し有意に高値であった. 左室機能曲線では, F群で良好な左室機能を示したのに対し, C群ではECC前と較べ機能低下がみられた.
