Summary: | A sixteen year old man was admitted to our hospital for further examination of marked weight loss, abdominal pain and nausea. After admission, he developed elevation of body temperature and palpable mass. Small bowel series showed Crohn's disease. After examination, he felt rebound tenderness on lower part of the abdominal wall. Emergency laparotomy was performed and huge inflammatory mass consisted with small intestines with pin hole perforation was demonstrated. Some literatures were also reviewed. |
