Summary:A case of lung cancer with high 201Tl accumulation corresponding to the cancer mass in spite of no 67Ga accumulation is presented. The patient was a 60-year-old male who was found to have abnormal nodular shadow in the upper field of the left lung. Transbron dinal lung leiopsy was done and was non-diagnostic open lung leiopsy sevealed an undifferentiated large cell carcinoma. For assessing the primary cancer mass and mediastinal lymphnode metastases, 201Tl SPELT is thought to be an usefull method for evaluation of the diagnosis and the mediastinal staging of the lung cancer.
