Summary:Echocardiographic study was tried in patients with SJM valve replacement. In mitral position, it was easy to observed the bileaflet movement, and to measure the blood flow compared to aortic position. In aortic position, it was easy to observed regurgitation signal. We are developing new system of analyzing spectrum. The main point is to keep microphone 10cm from chest wall. This makes possible to record high frequency sound until 10KHz. Two different spectrum can be obtained from SJM leaflets.
