Summary:We made up a system which had multiple functions. By using this system we could make documents and take a copy of them and communicate with other systems. we named this system an Intelligent print system. This system is constructed from microprocessor, an amount of memory, image scanner, communication adapter and laser printer. In this system, we can make documents in alphabet which have text and graphics. So as to manage documents having text and graphics, we introduced layout structure of documents and divided documents into information of the content and layout structure. We could deal with documents of complex form which have text and graphics. Offering user friendly man-machine interface in this system, we can easily make documents. In this paper, we introduce an Intelligent print system and discuss the method of management and editing of documents having cgmplex from in this in this system.
