Summary: | A 55 year-old male was admitted to our hospital in order to take the endoscopic polypectomy of the colonic polyp. He revealed no symptomes including jaundice, nor abnormal loboratory data. However, slight abdominal distension made him to take ERCP. Findings of ERCP disclosed shadow defect (its size about 2 cm) in the midportion of the bile duct. So biopsy was taken in its lesion via the papilla perfomed EPT, s howing malignant neoplasm. In addition, peroral cholangioscope made us observed the white papillary tumor successfully. |
