Summary:The purpose of this paper is to attempt to build the forecasting model of factory relocation using various variable based on disaggregate behavioral analysis in consideration of industrial location factors. As the results of this study, we could obtain any available indexes which are controlable to investigate the industrial location policy. These indexes are the distance of factory relocation from origin site, the degree of industrial estate development, incentives of investment, and so on. Therefore, we hope this forecasting model is useful to settle on a plan of industrial relocation promotion policy in Japan.
