Summary:Polymerzation of propylene by triethylaluminium-titanium tetrachloride comlex as catalyst was carried out in n-heptane solution. The resulted polymers were seperated by extraction with several solvents. Either atactic or isotactic polymer was not able to obtained preferably by variations of some reaction conditions, such as, mol ratio of titanium tetrachloride to triethylaluminium, concentration of the catalyst and reaction temperature.
