Summary:The article examines the process of industrial enterprise's two-stage product manufacturing in a crisis environment condition. An economic-mathematical simulation model was developed in the Simulink package of the Matlab program. Modeling the main product's production process and its basic components was carried out. Based on the simulation results, conclusions were made about the production process, required production capacities, production time, and volumes. Using the model will allow the optimization of the production process, which consists of two stages - the preliminary and the main, to identify the ways to maximize the involvement of the company's potential. According to the simulation results, the dynamics of demand and product manufacturing under the conditions of availability of stocks of new and used products, and the ratio between the accumulated demand and production at the first stage were determined. The dynamics of demand and the actual number of products on the market are modeled and visualized.
