Summary: | Focused on the problem of fault recovery in non-fault power loss areas of distribution networks with electric vehicle charging stations, reasonable scheduling of electric vehicle charging stations is carried out, and a centralized power supply fault recovery method is proposed. Firstly, a typical load fluctuation model and an electric vehicle charging station model were established; Transform the distribution network fault recovery problem into a multi-objective optimization problem, a centralized power supply fault recovery model is established, constraints on electric vehicle charging stations and incentive mechanisms for setting minimum power scheduling values are added; Furthermore, provide a multi period distribution network fault recovery process that takes into account the load of electric vehicle charging stations. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through numerical examples. When the electric vehicle charging station participates in the recovery of distribution network faults, the total number of switch action changes is 2, which is less than 5 times excluding electric vehicles. The minimum voltage value is between 0.9517 and 0.9584, which meets the power supply voltage standard GB/T 12325-2008. The system network loss meets the requirements for normal operation. |
