Summary: | In view of the disadvantages of the low-level automation, low efficiency and high cost in the traditional mechanical processing industry, the loading and unloading manipulator is designed for φ50mm shaft parts. The whole structure design of the manipulator is completed. A kind of end effector which is used to clamp the shaft parts is designed, and the clamping force and the opening-closing velocity are calculated. As the main components, the sun gear is analyzed by finite element method. With compact structure, high transmission efficiency and convenient maintenance, this design has a broad market prospect. |
