Simultaneous visualization of spatial and chromatic aberrations by 2D Spectral Interferometry

The characterization of spatial and chromatic aberrations induced by optics in a multiphoton microscope is presented. Bidimensional spectral interferometry is used to measure these spatial-temporal effects in different numerical aperture objectives.
