Summary:This article consists of presentation slides on the following subject. As users' needs are getting more complex and subsequent developments of technology are getting faster, mutual partnership between clients and suppliers have been considered more important. This research analyzes the role of clients and suppliers on the accomplishment of successful innovation. To analyze such partnership, we adopted "Lead user method" in data extracted from "Korean Innovation Survey 2005, manufacturing sector".
