Summary:The risk of large scale power loss is increasing in UHV interconnected power grid. All levels of dispatch center need to consider the ability in electric power support from adjacent power grid. When large scale power loss occurs, it needs to consider whether adjacent dispatch center can support and the support level for mutual support between regional power grids. The contribution level evaluation of regional power support is helpful to promote the large-scale transfer of power flow. The objectives and methods of regional power support is analysis, the emergency power response ability evaluation optimization model is established, and the regional cooperation contribution level evaluation index is proposed. The simulation results prove the validity of the method.
