Summary: | This study examines determinants that affect the behavior of consumers' satisfaction. Based on technology acceptance model (TAM) and the SERVQUAL models, the study will implement an information system by a facial expression recognition algorithm. We apply TAM and SERVQUAL models to explain feasibility of this system. TAM and SERVQUAL have showed positive influence of consumers' satisfaction. The goal of this system not only can be realize consumers' satisfaction but also is able to substitute traditional questionnaire. The system has integrated three different domains of applied science that includes information management, marketing and computer science. |
