Summary: | This paper presents a novel double-ring transmitter to deliver power to embedded sensors on rotating spindle based on wireless power transfer (WPT) technology. The magnetic field in the receiver side generated by the transmitter remains the same as the spindle rotates, which allows stable power delivery. The performances of the proposed WPT system in different conditions are studied through theoretical and FEM analysis, which provides a basis for optimum design of the system. The proposed WPT system can be widely applied to the occasions which require small size and light weight. |
