Summary:In order to solve the problems in traditional investment planning and achieve precise investment decision of distribution network, based on the sample data, the correlation mining methods of the reconstruction measures and voltage qualification rate, such as neural network method, are applied to analyze the relationship between different types of reconstruction measures and voltage qualification rate. Next, the investment model is established respectively aiming at maximizing the improvement of voltage qualification rate and minimizing the total investment cost, by which the effects of different measures on benefits of distribution network can be analyzed. Considering multi-agent access in the investment of distribution network, the optimal investment schemes that based on the Correlation-based Optimization Method can be decided. Finally, an example is given to verify the rapidity, feasibility and effectiveness of the investment model.
