10-Gb/s in-line centipede electrode InP MZM and low-power CMOS driver with quasi-traveling wave generation
A compact InP modulator and low-power (<;1W) CMOS driver is achieved using two approaches: first, an in-line centipede electrode structure, and second a quasi-travelling wave generation for the electrical-optical propagation delay match.
