Summary:The study proposes and tests Multi-purpose Earth Orbit Navigation System (MEONS) architecture aimed at providing a proper GNSS based orbit sequential estimation strategy to override rising scenario criticalities. The activity is focused on a complete feasibility and performance assessment of the developed filtering scheme by testing it on a high fidelity LEO-MEO autonomous transfer simulation. Stability and navigation accuracy of the proposed MEONS architecture is thus verified.
