Summary:In this paper, a reconfigurable terahertz split-ring resonator metamaterial using graphene is designed for terahertz applications. The shaped single-layer graphene sheet is placed on top of the dielectric layer, which consists of Si and Si02. The simulation results show that the resonant frequency can be dynamically tuned under different chemical potential in a wide range.
