Summary:This paper Constructed a new type of regulation network. Bioinformatics is currently a popular subject. It is different from traditional biology in the past and is a product of multidisciplinary integration. It contains important biomolecules such as lncRNA, microRNA and circRNA; these biomolecules play an important role in biological processes. They are interconnected and mutually constrained to jointly regulate the complex biological functions of human beings. According to the existing database. such as: HDMM,Mir2disease, circRNAdisease and lncRNAdisease, as shown by data that lncRNA, microRNA and circRNA are associated with disease, Some promote disease, and some inhibit disease. It can be seen that the progress of graduate students, especially the occurrence of diseases, if we start from a single biomolecule to study diseases, we can not understand the whole disease. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a disease-related lncRNA-circRNA-microRNA network, and it also has important guiding significance for researching disease research.
