Summary: | Loadboard is an essential part of ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) of integrated circuit(IC) when testing or calibration. When testing speed being up to 200Mbps or rise time of test signal being below to 1ns, the performance of loadboard has a significant impact on signal integrity, In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IC test, it is quite necessary to carry out calibration work of loadboard. This paper puts forward an automated calibration method of loadboard of integrated circuit ATE. This calibration method has a number of innovations, which can make sure the loadboard be quickly calibrated without a matching ATE, the calibration equipment of loadboard has advantages such as multipurpose integrating, high stability and strung expandability etc. |
