Summary:This article considers the results of Internet users' survey of different ages and different spheres of activity in order to study the awareness of SMART-systems possibilities in educational mobility. Possible sources of information are identified. Participation of respondents in different forms and projects of educational route creation is analyzed. Respondents' opinions on the functions and potential of SMART-systems for the organization of educational mobility in online learning are studied. The identified SMART-systems potential contributes to the understanding of the intellectual technologies development direction for the purpose of open education system improvement.
