Summary: | As the primary contact less identification technology, radio frequency identification (RFID) has been enabled a mass market, and the advantages of RFID have been widely acknowledged. This paper proposes an improved QT protocol called Hybrid Technique based Query Tree (HTQT) by adopting randomized prefix and Manchester coding. It can reduce the collisions by bit collision detection and decrease the communication overhead by shortening the ID length. The simulation results and analysis show that our HTQT protocol could reduce the collisions and achieve much better on communication overhead. |
