Summary: | A proposed second-order temperature curvature compensated bandgap voltage reference circuit for analog -to - digital converter is presented. The circuit has high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low-temperature coefficient. Based on the TSMC 0.18µm CMOS model, the simulation results using HSPICE show the temperature coefficient of the circuit is 8.62ppm/°C between the temperature range of − 25°C to + 115°C and the PSRR is the−100dB until 500Hz. The bandgap output voltage V ref swing is 0.02mV when the power supply voltage is between 2.5V and 4.5V.Therefore, this design is an effective way to implement a bandgap voltage reference. |
