Summary: | Aiming at the problems existing in the evaluation of cockpit display interface (CDI), CDI models of Boeing, Airbus and ARJ21 were developed for ergonomics evaluation. Experiments were taken based on them. The Situation Awareness Global Assessment Technique (SAGAT) and physiological technique were used for evaluating ergonomics design of CDI. The electrodermal activity (EDA) was used as an index of physiology. The results include: the differences of CDI design have significant effects on the obtainment of SA; the EDA data is negatively correlated with the overall level of SA. The results demonstrate that the EDA may provide some effective electrophysiological evidence for SA evaluation in flight tasks, and SA measurement could be a method to evaluate the ergonomics design of CDI. |
