A study on packaged 5.0Gbps limiting amplifier with active-feedback in 0.13μm CMOS technology
The inductor-less packaged limiting amplifier with active-feedback circuit in 0.13μm CMOS technology can achieve gain of 46.7dB bandwidth of 2.4GHz. The receiver sensitivity of 3.8mVpp for 5.0Gbps signal is suitable for Gbps-class optical transceiver.
