Summary:To achieve the intellectuality of the working process of manufacturing system in the collaborative manufacturing environment, in this paper, we combine the technologies of ontology, semantic reasoning, data mining and Jess engine, etc. to build a workflow selection reasoning framework based on semantics. The ontology models of the workflow and the manufacturing resources which involved in this framework are analyzed and constructed, and then the relationship between the information of manufacturing demand, the workflow and manufacturing resources ontology is interpreted. From the most basic element of reasoning, we construct the trigger reasoning process and rules of workflow generating with SWRL. The effectiveness of this approach is verified in reasoning experiment based on Protégé.
