Summary:To problem of mobile communications signals attenuation caused by high density street trees, we firstly split street trees into four categories based on the trees' heights and ages, and then bring up models of 3G/4G mobile communications electromagnetic wave attenuation based on shelters from respective category of street trees (NPL model) and network optimum scheme. Finally through practical tests and theoretical analysis, we conclude the NPL model and optimum scheme can not only decrease handover failure and solve the problem of motion video interruption caused by the absorption of street trees on electromagnetic wave, but also can satisfy current 3G and future 4G needs for mobile communications network and optimization.
