Summary:It is imperious to acknowledge about the properties of raw materials and biodegradable composites used in making such composites which are being used for packaging, automobiles, biomedical and other engineering applications. Work has been carried out to investigate the flexural properties of composites made by reinforcing bagasse, coir and banana fiber of different ratio as the new natural fibers into epoxy resin matrix. The hybridization of the reinforcement in the composite shows almost same strength when compared to particle board used in our industry but the price is much lower than our natural fibers reinforced composites. Composite which contains 70% Bagasse and 30% coir has almost same strength, higher density, lower water absorption rate and lower price which are economically and environmentally very friendly.
