Summary:Semantic representation is increasingly used in today's works. With interoperability issues between different constituent systems in the Systems of Systems (SoS) arrangement, it is necessary to have a common vocabulary between heterogenetic systems to avoid interoperability- related problems that degrade the quality of services of the SoS. In this paper, we introduce an ontological model to represent the quality requirements of the SoS. The quality requirements ontology can enable not only describing quality properties and their relations in detail but also supporting consensus on quality requirements concepts and helping to assess the degree that the Constituent System (CS) can support the SoS incorporating.
