Summary: | Poverty is an eternal economic category, The National Bureau of Statistics specify poverty to statistical survey every year, how to better express poverty scale and extent using lots of data is a valuable problem to study. In this paper, use Poverty has spatial dimension as the starting point, through the database building and design system framework combining business process to achieve main module functions including data management, poverty subject visualization, thematic map browsing, poverty monitoring analysis and department information sharing. The system can provide annual poverty information for higher level department and help policy makers establish poverty alleviation policies and provide the reference basis for anti-Poverty targeting degree. |
